Single Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) nunstargame Account. Creation of duplicate accounts for any purpose — including circumventing bonus restrictions, avoiding a self-exclusion, or evading account restrictions — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances pending investigation.
nunstargame reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for refusal.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. nunstargame strongly recommends enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on your Account, available via your Account security settings.
You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials — whether or not authorized by you — shall be deemed to have been conducted by you, and you shall bear full responsibility for all such activity, including any financial transactions made.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify nunstargame immediately. nunstargame may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation of a reported unauthorized access. nunstargame accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized access to an Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
nunstargame staff will never request your password through any communication channel. If you receive such a request, it is fraudulent. Do not comply and report it to nunstargame support immediately.
As a PAGCOR-regulated platform, nunstargame is legally required to verify the identity and age of all registered players before processing withdrawal requests and, in certain circumstances, before granting full access to the Platform's features.

Additionally, proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate issued within the past three months) may be required. nunstargame processes KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe and will communicate with you via your registered email address regarding the status of your verification.
Failure to complete KYC verification will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges. Deposits and gameplay may be permitted prior to KYC completion at nunstargame's discretion, but no withdrawal will be processed until full verification is completed and approved.
nunstargame accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and cryptocurrency including USDT. Additional payment methods may be made available at nunstargame's discretion and will be disclosed in the Platform's cashier section.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Pesos) unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though individual payment method limits imposed by the payment provider (e.g., GCash wallet limits) may apply.
All deposits are credited to your nunstargame Wallet in PHP. Deposits made in other currencies (including cryptocurrency) are converted to PHP at the prevailing rate at the time of processing. Exchange rates are displayed in the cashier prior to completion of the deposit.
nunstargame does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider or bank may apply their own fees or charges. nunstargame accepts no responsibility for any fees charged by third-party payment providers.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time from the cashier section of your nunstargame Account, subject to the following conditions:
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the Account, where technically possible. nunstargame reserves the right to require withdrawal via an alternative method for fraud prevention or compliance purposes.
Processing times are as follows: GCash and Maya withdrawals — typically within 15 to 60 minutes; BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers — 1 to 3 business days. USDT withdrawals — subject to blockchain confirmation times. During periods of high volume or additional compliance review, processing times may be longer. nunstargame will communicate delays via your registered email.
nunstargame does not charge withdrawal fees for standard transactions. Large withdrawals may be processed in instalments at nunstargame's discretion.
nunstargame offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to these Terms and any specific bonus terms disclosed at the time the offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

In the event of any dispute regarding a game outcome, the server-side result shall be definitive. nunstargame uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for applicable games, audited by independent testing laboratories.
Live dealer games are provided by internationally licensed studios and streamed in real time. The outcome of each live game is determined by the physical actions of the dealer (dealing cards, spinning the roulette wheel, shaking the dice cage) and is captured on video for audit purposes.
Sports betting markets are governed by nunstargame's Sports Rules, accessible in the Sports section of the Platform. In the event of data or transmission errors affecting the display of odds or results, nunstargame reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Wallets of affected players.
Malfunction voids all bets: In the event of a technical malfunction in any game — including software errors, game freezes, or erroneous display of game information — nunstargame reserves the right to void all bets placed during the affected period and return stakes to players. No claim for winnings that would not have been available absent the malfunction shall be recognized.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the nunstargame Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Platform content; reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of any Platform software; or use nunstargame's trademarks, logos, or branding in any context outside the Platform without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, nunstargame's aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the sharing of data with PAGCOR and other regulatory authorities as required by law, and the sharing of data with third-party payment processors and game providers as necessary to operate the Platform.
nunstargame complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data subject to any legal obligations that require retention.
nunstargame reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the amended Terms taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory direction.
If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with Section 3. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or your use of the nunstargame Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the matter to the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines having competent jurisdiction.
Players who believe a dispute relates to the fairness or legality of a regulated gaming activity may also refer their complaint to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's published complaints procedures.
